Joint Engineering Centre (R&D, CAD/CAM/PLM and IT-Centers)

Together with design offices and enterprises of the Industrial group UPEC is working on the development of high-tech, highly profitable, competitive products to ensure high levels of technical standards, optimal operating parameters, strength, durability, advanced manufacturing technologies and modes of operation.

R&D-center is working closely with the management of the business components of the UPEC and Experimental Design Bureau of grinders.

Experimental Design Bureau of grinders (EDBG)

EDBG develops equipment for processing steel roller mills, grinding of crankshafts and cam shafts of automotive engines, transmission parts cars, parts, bearings, etc.
Competence and experience gained over decades of collective in creating unique designs allows to develop a new generation of machine tools.
Our equipment uses modern designs, the control system. Maintaining a high level of technical tools for the entire period of their operation is ensured by the modular principle of construction machines, standardization of their components and systems, as well as an optional bundled according to customer requirements.
