Agricultural Machinery Service Department, Automotive division, IG UPEC 

The Automotive Division of the IG UPEC comprises a department of servicing the machinery. The department functions include guarantee and post-guarantee servicing of agricultural machinery, manufactured by LKMZ Ltd.

The department together with dealers’ service units undertakes work on commissioning the machinery, training customers’ personnel to operation rules, performing guarantee repairs within the shortest period of time. In service centres of the dealers’ network storage facilities are created for warranty spare parts. At farm’s request the Department of servicing or dealer’s service unit sends an expert to render help directly on the site. In the course of modernization according to results of real operation the department forwards to dealers and directly to farms recommendations concerning durability and performance of machines. The Department of servicing machinery has facilities to repair the equipment manufactured by LKMZ Ltd during post-guarantee period with employment of original spare parts only.

In case of failure you should fill in an application form and forward it to the Servicing unit.
