The Joint Engineering Centre (R&D, CAD/CAM/PLM and IT-centers) together with engineering design bureaus and enterprises of the Industrial Group UPEC works on development of high-tech, highly profitable, competitive products in order to ensure the high performance of technical level, optimal operational parameters, strength, durability, advanced manufacturing technology and operational modes.

The R&D-centre works in close cooperation with UPEC’s Components Development Department and The Ukrainian Engineering Centre of Bearing Industry (UKTB PP). They developed bearing designs that greatly exceed the calculated life of the HARP’s previous designs and correspond to world quality requirements.

Together with The Ukrainian Engineering Centre of Transmissions and Chassis (UKBTSh) the R&D Centre works on development of new effective agricultural equipment, in particular on calculation of strength and reliability of short disc plough harrows DL-2,5.
