Summer in the country UPEC
We support succession of generations and are sure that among our employees’ children there are many future machine-builders: good specialists, managers of departments and enterprises of the Industrial Group UPEC. But it is necessary to make the growing generation interested in this to-day.
History of the project «Country of UPEC» started fr om a corporative children festival «Summer in the country of UPEC», that took place in Kharkov Artyoma park on 9 June 2007, as well as in the town of Lozovaya, where one of enterprises of the Industrial Group is located.
Vice-President of UPEC Sergey Nestrugin: «We decided that the best way for children to get acquainted with the Industrial Group wh their parents work is to get to a fairy country - Country of the UPEC. So the idea of a unique children project «Country of UPEC» appeared. The festival aroused great interest and a lot of positive emotions of children and employees of the Industrial Group. In this country our employees and their children can have funny and exciting rest, get bright unforgettable emotions. We hope that this project will become one more reason for our workers to be proud of their Company».
In the Country of UPEC children meet fairy heroes, clowns and acrobats, kind magicians and young fairies. Children take part in contests of drawings on asphalt. The festival is accompanied by a concert program with participation of collective bodies of Palaces of Culture of the UPEC enterprises. All children get souvenirs from the Industrial Group UPEC.
It became a good tradition for children of the Company to start summer with the Country of UPEC: children festivals were held in 2008, and 2009. WE love giving joy to our children!
