Social Responsibility
Ranges of the IG UPEC activity cover interests of a huge number of people. Being a production leader of Kharkov Region the UPEC is one of the biggest employers and tax payers. About 8 thousand people are employed at enterprises of the Industrial Group.
Status of a production leader imposes additional responsibility on us, and we are aware of the Company’s influence on social and economic development of the Kharkov Region. In this connection UPEC leader’s ambitions find their reflection not only in the quality and amount of products being manufactured, but also in management efficiency, creating attractive conditions of work, in social initiatives, which are put forward by the Industrial Group.

Key areas of activity in the sphere of the UPEC corporate social responsibility are: educational program for the personnel of «UPEC corporative centre of development», corporative events for employees, children project.

The UPEC is also a sponsor of leading sport collective bodies of the country: HARP table tennis club and the hockey club “Kharkov”.
Three teams of SC «HARP» play in super league and two – in the super league of Ukraine’s Championship.
