INDUSTRIAL GROUP UPEC is one of the largest private companies in Ukraine, which are engaged in machine-building business, - a manufacturer of components, units and equipment for railway transport, automobile, agricultural, machine-building and metallurgical industries. Company’s customers are practically all conveyor-production enterprises of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Our Company was founded in 1995 and now it is developing as a client-oriented engineering industrial group. Our mission is to develop high intellectual industry as a base for the country’s economy and to be a leader in the area of engineering designs for basic branches of industry.
The Industrial Group heads for cardinal engineering and production re-equipment, based on respect to traditions of our brands and provision of engineering continuity of manufactured products.
Being a company oriented to future, we are investing considerable funds in the research and engineering developments. Research and engineering base of INDUSTRIAL GROUP UPEC includes: the united engineering centre, departments of product development, main engineering centers. The Group innovation activity is coordinated by the Scientific and Technical Council.
Produce of the Group enterprises is represented on the market by the following divisions: railway, automobile, electrical and machine-building, integrated UPEC trading. Division-like structure allows to meet customers’ demands as much as possible, since engineering, designing and production resources of the whole Industrial Group are involved to solve targets set by the client.
The railway division supplies components for production and servicing of traction and rolling stock to enterprises and railways of CIS. The automobile division cooperates with leading conveyor-production enterprises, manufacturing automobiles, agricultural, road-building equipment.
The electrical division supplies asynchronous electric motors, electric pumps of general and special-purpose application, including well pumps, and forage crushers for livestock farms. The machine-building division supplies roll-grinding machines and cylindrical grinders for metallurgy and other industries.

Divisional structure of Industrial Group UPEC
Products from the enterprises of UPEC Industrial Group are represented on the market by the divisions: Railway, Automotive, Electrotechnical and Machine-Tool, jointed in UPEC Trading. Divisional structure allows to meet as fully as possible all customer requirements, so far as engineering, design and production resources of the Industrial Group are involved in task solution set by the customer.
Railway Division supplies components to the CIS enterprises and railways for manufacture and maintenance of traction and rolling stock.
Automotive Division coordinates with leading OEM enterprises for the production of automobile, agricultural and road-building equipment.
Electrotechnical Division supplies induction electric motors, electric pumps of general and special modifications, including borehole pumps and food choppers for livestock farms.
Machine-Tool Division – roll-grinding and cylindrical grinding machines for metallurgy and other industrial areas.
